Why We Started Pride
Pride Fundraising was founded on the belief that fundraising can—and should—be better. After seeing firsthand how burnout and imbalance affect fundraisers, we set out to build a company rooted in sustainability, fairness, and respect for people’s time and effort.
Lina and Sullivan started Pride to create an environment where the effort you put in is reflected directly in what you get back. We believe fair pay, ethical practices, and streamlined systems allow fundraisers to build real careers—not just short-term jobs. By protecting work-life balance and prioritizing integrity, Pride exists to elevate the fundraising profession while delivering meaningful outcomes for donors and partners alike.
