How do I know your canvassers are legitimate?

Our team members are professionally trained and represent our partner organizations respectfully and transparently. If you ever have questions about someone in the field, you can contact us directly through our website.

Do you collect cash donations?

No. We do not collect cash. Donations are processed securely through official systems connected directly to our partner organizations.

Where do you operate?

We primarily operate throughout Seattle and surrounding neighborhoods, working in high-traffic community areas such as grocery stores, markets, and public spaces.

Is this job commission-based?

No — our team members start at $24 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses through a structured performance program. We believe in providing stable, reliable pay first. The bonus structure is designed to reward consistency, professionalism, and growth — not pressure.

Are donations secure?

Yes. All donations are processed through secure, encrypted systems connected directly to our partner organizations. The platforms we use follow PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance, which is the industry standard for protecting cardholder information. We do not collect or store payment information ourselves.
